So I'm back at work... Hasn't been as bad as I thought, but the morning was rough. Drop-off wasn't too bad - Gerri is wonderful and knows what she is doing. We trust her and that feels good.
As I was driving to work, I started to cry and prayed to God for some comfort. I was flipping through the radio stations and just settled on KTIS, my usual station (it's a Christian station) and within a few seconds "Amazing Grace" came on. I sing this to Grace every night when I put her to bed or when she's crying - she loves it. I know it was God saying everything is going to be okay - the song made me cry harder, but I was comforted. God is so good.
Now I just have to make it through the rest of the day. One day at a time. Thanks for your prayers.
